At Napier Toastmasters, you can achieve your leadership goals just by getting involved. As a member, you can start working on those inspirational speeches that you have always been dreaming of. You will also learn how to evaluate other members the Toastmasters way; providing feedback that builds confidence and gains the respect of your peers and colleagues. And it does not stop there. Every year, we hold elections for the club executive. As a member you are eligible to be nominated for any one of many roles, from Club Secretary to a range of Vice Presidential roles and Club President.

After working through the Competent Leadership award you can further refine and develop your leadership skills by taking on the Toastmasters advanced leader programme.
